How do you stop ROAS from collapsing when I scale?+
The main lever is Cost Cap bidding. Instead of Lowest Cost (which forces Meta into expensive auctions as you scale), I set a hard cost per result goal. Meta only spends when it can hit that target - protecting your margins automatically as budget increases.
Do you work on just the ads or the full funnel?+
The full funnel. Ads are the top of the funnel, but ROAS improvement comes from optimizing every step: creative strategy, product page conversion, cart abandonment, and offer positioning. If the leak is after the click, that's where I focus.
What ad spend do I need to get started?+
